YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, in plain language.

Updated October 4, 2026. This notice describes the Klovermark apparel website, its feedback forms, launch-update list, and contact inquiries.

Contact and privacy requests

Contact Jena at jena@klovermark.com or (830) 500-5402. Use this email for privacy questions, requests concerning your information, or withdrawal from launch updates. Please identify the email address used when signing up.

Inquiries through Formspree

The Contact form sends your name, email address, optional phone number, and message directly to Formspree so Klovermark can receive and respond to your inquiry. Formspree stores submissions and processes them according to the form’s account settings, including configured email delivery and spam checks. Inquiry data is not copied into this website’s launch-list database or its earlier inquiry archive.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or place an order. Direct emails and calls are handled through our email or phone service. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its handling of information.

Logo and clothing feedback

The feedback forms can be completed without a name, account, or email address. We collect your answers, selected garment category where relevant, submission time, questionnaire version, an entry-route label (direct or website), and a random response reference. The entry label does not establish whether you previously knew the brand. Responses help Klovermark evaluate its identity and garment direction. Individual responses are not published.

Optional research follow-up is a separate, unchecked choice in the clothing questionnaire. If selected, we also store your email, research interest, consent wording and version, consent time, and permission status. This does not subscribe you to marketing or guarantee an interview, wear test, selection, or free product. No research emails are sent automatically.

Research records are held in the Sites database and are available only to the authorized owner, including exports. Structured answer counts are summarized privately; no public response analytics or automated sentiment analysis is provided. Please do not put personal or sensitive information in free-text answers.

To withdraw research-contact permission, email Jena and include your response reference if available. The owner can record that withdrawal separately from launch-update consent. Withdrawn research email addresses are excluded from research CSV exports, while the response and permission history remain stored. You can also ask about removal of a response by reference.

Launch-update requests

The separate signup form collects your email address and explicit agreement to receive Klovermark collection-development and availability emails. We record the time, exact consent wording and version, signup source, and whether the address is subscribed or withdrawn. Signing up does not create an order or reserve a product.

Launch-list storage and access

Launch signups are saved in the website’s database through Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Only the authorized owner can view, export, or mark these records withdrawn. They are not sent to Formspree. This version does not send launch-list confirmation emails or newsletters. A future email service and its unsubscribe process must be configured before mailing the list.

Withdrawal and retention

Email jena@klovermark.com to request withdrawal. The owner records withdrawals; withdrawn addresses are excluded from the mailing-list export and cannot be silently reactivated by another anonymous signup. Withdrawn records retain consent and suppression history.

Website records remain stored without an automatic deletion schedule. Contact Jena to request access, correction, or deletion; these requests are handled manually. Withdrawing contact permission does not automatically delete the original response or consent history. Formspree records, email copies, and any downloaded exports are separate copies that need to be considered when handling a request.

Earlier inquiries and artwork

Previous custom-project inquiries and private files remain in an owner-only archive. Legacy quote requests and artwork uploads are closed. Archived contacts are not automatically added to the launch list. Earlier records remain available for administration; their former notification path is disabled.

Security and browser information

The feedback and launch forms check submitted information and use short-lived request counters with obscured network identifiers to limit abuse. Formspree handles inquiry-form spam protection and may process technical information for that purpose. Hosting and communication providers may process technical logs and sign-in information. Owner sign-in is handled by Sites. Optional Google Analytics is described below. We have not added advertising pixels.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. Google's analytics library loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Choosing Decline analytics leaves the website, feedback forms, and launch signup available. Analytics consent is separate from permission to receive email.

Analytics may process page visits, interaction events, browser and device information, approximate location, referral information, and identifiers stored in analytics cookies. Google processes connection information as part of providing the service. Our custom launch_signup_received event records an acknowledged launch-update request; it is not a count of unique new subscribers. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, feedback answers, or response references in our custom analytics events. Page addresses supplied by our integration exclude query strings and fragments, and supplied referrers are limited to the referring website's origin. We also skip analytics on addresses containing a fragment or unexpected query parameters; our fixed website-entry label is permitted.

Our integration disables Google signals and advertising personalization and keeps advertising-related consent denied. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months. Your accept or decline choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice may last only for the current page.

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Declining after acceptance disables further collection by this integration, clears accessible Google Analytics cookies on this domain, and reloads the page. This does not erase information already received by Google. Choices are browser-specific. Contact Jena about privacy requests; see Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

A collection in development

The website is open for collection exploration, feedback, launch-update requests, and inquiries. Products are not yet available to order. Submitting a form does not place an order or guarantee product availability.
